Ottenuto con uve provenienti da diversi vigneti il Pouilly Fum Baron de Ladoucette viene lasciato fermentare sui suoi lieviti per un periodo compreso tra 3 e 6 mesi per essere poi lasciato a maturare in vasche d'acciaio. Giallo paglierino tenue con riflessi verdolini. Il naso presenta un bouquet delicato ma ampio fatto di note
