While Dave Mustaine and Co. cooked up expertly thrashing classics like Peace Sells title track and Wake Up Dead, there was a ton of drug fueled inner strife within the ranks drummer Gar Samuelson and guitarist Chris Poland were turfed from the lineup shortly after its release.
