1906 Color Print Myles Birket Foster Hunting Hound Dog Horse Wagon Cart XAT7 XDE2 25 x 20 cmThis is an original 1906 color print of a pack of hound dogs in pursuit of prey, perhaps a fox. The hunters can be seen in the distance. The original artwork in this print was created by Myles Birket Foster (1825 1899). Foster was an English watercolor artist and illustrator. He was born in North Shields, England, to a Quaker family. Foster was apprenticed to a wood engraver named Ebenezer Landells in London and worked as an illustrator for books and
