This special ageing gives this Sherry its characteristic amber colour, rich nutty aroma and smooth full body. Slightly sweet on the palate. Serve at cellar temperature, ideal before a meal or with well flavoured foods especially mushroom risotto and all types of soups, stews and cheeses.
