The front features a garter motif with crossed ribbons emblazoned with the words NOT LOST BUT GONE BEFORE. It's bordered by a laurel wreath in white enamel, and finished in intricate hand chased detailing all over the front and back. Inside are two glass fronted oval compartments with photos of an elderly couple
