The T32018 8" V helical Cutterhead comes equipped with 32 indexable, carbide inserts that can each be rotated three times for a new factory sharp edge. The inserts sit at a slight angle, which produces a shearing action, as opposed to the straight on cuts of spiral cutterheads. This results in a smoother finish and quieter operation.
