Prussia, Kingdom. A Rare Order of the Red Eagle, Civil Division, II Class Breast Star visually-hidden all suspended from a 100(Roter Adler Orden Bruststern II. Klasse). Instituted 12 June 1792 by King Friedrich Wilhelm II. (1858 1918 issue). Constructed of silver with Gold and enamels, the obverse consisting of a four pointed radiant starburst, overlaid by a Cross Patte with white enameled arms situated within a Gold frame, bearing a central white enameled medallion defaced by a hand painted Prussian eagle, in turn situated within a circular white enameled medallion bearing
