A totuma is a bowl or cup made out of a hollow gourd, chicha is an alcoholic drink made out of fermented corn. In the town of Ventaquemada an old man enjoys a bowl of chicha standing barefoot with his walking cane. Along the bottom is written "Ventaquemada Jan,1st 1846".
