Constructed of a smooth dark green felt base, the obverse trimmed along all four edges with silver aluminum wire tresses measuring 8 mm in diameter (indicating issue to Border Officers), bearing a central silver aluminum wire Zollgrenzschutz (Customs Border Guards) style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika executed in high relief and exceptional detail, the reverse
