The bottled mix contains tequila from reserves that are over 30 years old. To produce Jos Cuervo tequila, the best agaves from the estate are used, with a minimum of 10 years of life and selected by hand. Only the heart of the agave pineapple, the most tender area, is used to produce this distillate.
