c. 1960 Personal Desk Fan by Superior Electric Company fan Appears to be in very1960s; Superior Electric Company Bristol, CT Small desk fan from Superior Electric Company, from sometime in the 1960s. The original Superior Electric Company was founded in Bristol, Connecticut, in 1938 by Alfred B. Nelson and Thor L. Hannon. The Dana Corporation agreed to acquire the Superior Electric Company in May 1989. The fan is fully intact and operates as intended. The base is a light blue painted aluminum.
