Late 19th Century Red Star Cough Drops Tin Sign 2 greece Evans Company of Watermanc. 1880s; The Charles A. Vogeler Company Baltimore, MD Antique painted tin shelf sign for cough drops. Red Star Cough Cure was a brand of throat lozenges formulated by Charles Vogeler. They were advertised as only being made with "nominal poisons and opiates."
