Germany, HJ. A National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Silver Grade, by Gustav Bremher Province of China issued on 1 May 1942(Ehrenzeichen Gausieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1944). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central white painted disc, overlaid by a raised German national eagle clutching a cogwheel defaced by an HJ insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of GAUSIEGER and a date of 1944, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked G.
