Garnet Crystals, Rough, 24 pc flat Intarsia Beads and known locations of eachThese large Garnet crystals are from India. They are a rough, dark brown color with splashes of reddish pink and metallic mica inclusions possible. 24 pc flat of various sized natural crystals, flats weigh between 17 and 18 lbs. The chemical formula for garnet is Fe3Al2(SiO4)3. Though very hard, they can be cut or sliced to see more red inside. Size ranges from 2" 4" pieces, and are golf ball to fist sized.
