Il pinot noir, che domina la cuve (80%), apporta forza, struttura e volume. Lo chardonnay aggiunge un tocco di freschezza e femminilit. Maturazione di 30 mesi sui lieviti per uno Champagne elegante, dotato di bollicine cremose e fresco quanto basta per risultare piacevolissimo.
