This white blend is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the Limoux region in the foothills of the Pyrenees. This is a cooler part of the Languedoc known for producing fresh, vibrant whites. A touch of Chardonnay from the Gard region near Nmes adds a subtle layer of
